As Someone with no experience in printing and limited computer skills I was very reticent to start the process of getting a book printed. However, after talking to Simon Gilbert by phone I decided to give it a go.
Simon provided all the answers and his help on the phone was invaluable. Then everything happened as planned. I'll be back it the not too distant future with another project.

I am really pleased with the products that mixam supplied. The system of adding up prices as you fill in product specifications is very helpful and upfront. The quality of the final product was just as I had hoped.
I did face issues in delays, first that my sample booklet was incorrectly addressed (I checked the order receipt and this mistake was not my end) so was 8 days late, and second that my bulk order was delayed 12 days due to the fact I was unaware of their system of sending notifications on your online account of my own mistake, and alterations that they wanted me to make weren't attended to - though they later did it themselves for me.
However, now that I am educated in the system I can avoid future issues. The customer service team were exemplary, upgrading my delivery at no added cost to have my order arrive on time after the complication. The 24/7 care is greatly appreciated in times of worry. Huge thanks to Joanna Samwell for helpful and speedy responses in resolving the issue, and a mention to Brendan Lindsay for useful updates.
I would definitely use Mixam again, just be sure to thoroughly read through their information to be safe and avoid unneeded complications.
