Exceptionally good web site that was very clear and easy to use allowing me to use my own artwork and layout. Excellent help via email over several small clarifications. Delivered in less time than indicated and of superb quality greatly exceeding my expectations. And, GREAT VALUE for money. I immediately started looking for another project.

The website was amazing to learn Mixam’s service/product options and I had good customer service via a final telephone call to confirm my order.
The printing quality was good, however the binding was a bit lower than expected.

Printed a few copies of my novel for review prior to submitting to publishers. Really happy with the end product and the cover templates and proof checking helped make sure it was well presented. Timely turnaround and good communication along the way (I made a tiny error in the sizing of my cover, which the team recognised and amended, then sent through for confirmation before proceeding).
Very well priced for such a short run. I'll happily use this service again!

Always a pleasure working with Mixam. Only negative is that the price is starting to get higher than some of their competitors. I was going to use Mixam for printing some additional copies but found another print company in Australia that was a lot cheaper which delivered the same quality product.

This is the second time I have used Mixam. They did such a great job the first time, I wouldn't now go anywhere else. The finished product far exceeded my expectations, and my customers comment on how professional the book looks. Friendly help all the way, takes all the pressure off and leaves you just to be concerned with the content. Everything else is so easy.

The Mixam team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of ordering my book. They reviewed my early drafts to ensure I had my InDesign project setup correctly, they checked my final design was good, and were very responsive throughout.
I also had a tight deadline for my book that I was late for, and the amazing team at Mixam went above and beyond to help me get it done.
The book itself is very high quality, and turned out better than I expected. I and the people I gifted the book too are blown away.
Thanks for all your help Maxim. The book was such a success that I am sure I will print another one in the future. Next time I will make sure I do not try to get the book printed with such a tight deadline.

Excellent experience start to finish. Very professional product received. Easy to navigate soft ware, using the new online tool. PDF previews are true to colour and result. Couldn’t fault. Highly recommend and will be returning customers.
I was so impressed with Felicity our support customer relations. She is a graphic designer and the company is blessed to have her! She was fastidious in review of my submitted work for printing, incredibly patience in explaining how the systems worked and amazing follow up with the delivery of goods. The process was so straight forward, the help you gave on the telephone was friendly and supportive and then to top it off the books arrived on the date I was given.
I love the finished product and intend to use Mixam again!

Presentation of the book is excellent, and appreciated by all Veterans to whom I have spoken.
There was a small delay due to my own oversight, but Felicity sorted that out and the books were on their way within a couple of days.
